Mobile Account Access

ISU Credit Union Mobile Account Access is where your online accounts meet your cell phone. It's FREE and SECURE. Security includes the latest in SSL encryption and is backed by online banking secure sign-on. Members without CUOnline Account Access will need to enroll before logging into Mobile Account Access. Call the credit union at 812-234-1021 to enroll. Once a CUOnline Account Access password has been established, you will use the same member number and password to log into Mobile Account Access. iPhone with Touch ID availability are able to login through their Touch ID.


We offer two ways to utilize Mobile Account Access:

  • Use the login at the top of any page on our website.
  • Mobile Account Access app,Go ISUFCU, that is available for iPhoneTM and AndroidTM powered phones.

Mobile Account Access App

You will need a smart phone to access our new app. Our app is available for iPhoneTM and AndroidTM powered phones. Search for Go ISUFCU in your app store and download. It’s that simple! Benefits Include:

  • View Accounts - view your account balances and transaction histories.
  • Transfer Money - transfer money between your accounts.
  • Pay Bills - pay your bills and view recent payments.
  • Deposit Checks - snap a picture of your check to be deposited in your account.
  • Earn Cash Back - activate and load cash back rewards to your debit card.

Mobile/Online Banking Account Deletion

Google and Apple are requiring that all mobile applications provide a method for users to request removal of their app accounts and any associated data. This requirement is the latest of many recent compliance updates from Google and Apple related to user privacy and data safety.

If you would like to request removal of your app accounts and related data, simply send an email request to info@isucreditunion.com. If you would like to retain copies of your statements or checks, please download or print prior to submitting your request for account deletion.

Please type “Remove App Account” in the subject line of your email and provide us with a good phone number to contact you. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Upon execution of this request, Indiana State University Federal Credit Union will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party. Your accounts will remain active, and your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open, but all Internet and Mobile Banking data will be deleted.
