CUOnline Account Access

With CUOnline Account Access (online banking), members have the convenience and flexibility of managing their finances anytime and anywhere. With features like instant transfers, bill payments, and account monitoring, it simplifies financial tasks, enhances security with encryption, and provides easy access to account information, helping users stay in control of their financial lives. CUOnline is offered to all ISU Federal Credit Union members for FREE!

To register for CUOnline, if you've never logged in, you will use your member number and the last four digits of the phone number you provided at account opening. 


CUOnline Account Access Features

With CUOnline Account Access, you can view your current deposit and loan accounts and balances, view up to six (6) months of transaction history for each account and transfer funds between your accounts.  You’ll also have access to online bill payment, e-statements and so much more!

Bill Payment

Bill Payment is COMPLETELY FREE and allows you to quickly and securely pay bills anywhere, ensuring you never miss a due date while saving time. The bill payment service allows scheduling of recurring payments and verification of past payments.

E-Statements

E-Statements provide a secure, eco-friendly way to access and manage your account statements online, offering convenience, instant availability, and easy organization without the clutter of paper. View, print, or save your last twelve (12) months of financial statements. If you need beyond the last 12 months, there is a nominal reprint fee for each month that is needed.

Loan Payments

You can pay on your ISU FCU loan from a non-ISU FCU account through CUOnline Account Access. When logged into your account, click on Transfer Funds and select Loan Payment under External Transfers. You will need to know your Routing Number and Account number for the account you wish to pay from.

Money Management

Your complete financial picture all in one place! With Money Management (built right into CUOnline) you’ll gain powerful insights on when, where, and how you spend your money. Money Management gives you the tools to simplify your finances, set and manage budgets, visualise your financial goals and so much more!


Mobile Account Access

ISU Federal Credit Union Mobile Account Access brings the power of your accounts directly to your cell phone, providing easy and convenient access on the go. Members without CUOnline Account Access will need to enroll before logging into Mobile Account Access. Call the credit union at 812-234-1021 to enroll. Once a CUOnline Account Access password has been established, you will use the same member number and password to log into Mobile Account Access.

ISU Federal Credit Union Mobile Account Access is where your accounts meet your cell phone. It's FREE and SECURE. Our Mobile App is available for iPhone and Android powered phones. Search for Go ISUFCU in your app store and download it. It’s that simple!

Debit Card Controls

In an effort to bring you the most relevant tools at your fingertips, CardValet has been replaced with a debit card management tool built right into the ISUFCU App! You will no longer need a different app to check your debit card transactions.

Using the new debit card management features within the app or online banking, you can:

- Set card controls by location, merchant type and spending limits
- View spending insights for a clear picture of when and where your purchases were made.
- Quickly add your cards to your device's digital wallet.
- Receive transaction alerts, fight fraud, quickly reach support and more!

To get started in the mobile app, make sure your app is up to date. Click More at the bottom of your home screen, then Debit Card Controls will be located at the top of the next screen. Add your debit card to unlock all the features.

You can also login to the web version of online banking and find Debit Card Controls under Additional Services in the top navigation.

Remote Check Deposit

Remote check deposit allows you to deposit checks quickly and securely using your smartphone, eliminating the need to visit a branch and saving you time. Download our mobile app today to tap, snap and deposit all of your checks. Before making your first deposit, you will be asked to review our Remote Deposit Capture Agreement.

Mobile/Online Banking Account Deletion

Google and Apple are requiring that all mobile applications provide a method for users to request removal of their app accounts and any associated data. This requirement is the latest of many recent compliance updates from Google and Apple related to user privacy and data safety.

If you would like to request removal of your app accounts and related data, simply send an email request to info@isucreditunion.com. If you would like to retain copies of your statements or checks, please download or print prior to submitting your request for account deletion.

Please type “Remove App Account” in the subject line of your email and provide us with a good phone number to contact you. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Upon execution of this request, Indiana State University Federal Credit Union will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party. Your accounts will remain active, and your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open, but all Internet and Mobile Banking data will be deleted.
